Job Description

• Yemsays Properties & Investment Limited is seeking a creative, energetic and innovative female Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that promotes the company's brand, properties and marketing activities.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, content development and creating engaging visual content that attracts attention, builds brand awareness and supports property marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilites

• Develop creative content ideas and concepts for the company's marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, promotional content and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Develop content scripts, captions and storytelling concepts.
• Participate in property shoots, site visits and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the social media, graphics and videography teams.
• Identify trending content formats, sounds and creative opportunities.
• Ensure content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Monitor content performance and recommend creative improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation or digital media.
• Strong storytelling, creative writing and communication skills.
• Ability to develop engaging content ideas and scripts.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Understanding of short-form video trends and social media content strategies.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous content projects.
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in property shoots and travel to different project locations when required.

Remuneration

N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (Salary to be discussed based on experience and competence).
