Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on perfume content creator who understands fragrance storytelling and can produce multiple engaging posts per day across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. You’ll own daily content creation—from concepts to filming, editing, captions, and posting—while keeping our brand consistent and exciting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish 3–8+ posts daily (mix of Reels/TikTok videos, Stories, carousels, and static posts).
• Film and edit high-quality short-form content (UGC-style, product demos, unboxings, “scent of the day,” comparisons, fragrance layering tips).
• Develop weekly content plans, hooks, scripts, and storytelling around products (notes, occasions, mood, longevity, compliments, etc.).
• Write engaging captions with clear CTAs, use relevant hashtags, and follow platform trends.
• Engage with followers: reply to comments/DMs, encourage conversation, and capture FAQs for content ideas.
• Coordinate with sales/customer service to push promos, launches, restocks, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track content performance (views, saves, shares, CTR) and improve output based on insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content in perfumes/fragrance/beauty/luxury (portfolio required).
• Strong on-camera presence OR ability to direct/produce UGC content consistently.
• Skilled with mobile content tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, VN, Adobe Rush—any is fine).
• Ability to work fast while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Creative, trend-aware, and capable of turning products into daily stories.

Nice to Have

• Basic product photography skills.
• Experience running influencer/UGC collaborations.
• Copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.
