Job Summary
The Content Creator & Digital Media Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and executing all digital content across the company’s platforms. This role combines creative design, video production, social media management, and website administration to ensure a strong, consistent, and professional brand presence.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging digital content that drives visibility, engagement, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (Graphics & Visual Design)
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, marketing materials, and campaigns
- Develop brand-consistent visuals, flyers, banners, and presentations
- Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines
Video Production & Editing
- Create and edit engaging video content (site updates, project showcases, promotional videos, reels)
- Handle video shooting, editing, and post-production
- Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms
- Manage daily social media activities (posting, comments, messages, engagement)
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports
Website Management
- Update and maintain company website content regularly
- Upload project portfolios, blog posts, and company updates
- Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and content accuracy
- Collaborate with developers where necessary for improvements
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Generate creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and brand positioning
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity
Brand & Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns with creative content
- Work closely with management to execute branding initiatives
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect professionalism and quality
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in content creation or digital media role
- Strong proficiency in:
- Graphic Design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Video Editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
- Experience managing social media platforms professionally
- Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong understanding of digital trends and content strategies
