Job Summary

• We are is seeking a creative, organized and execution-driven Content & Social Media Manager to oversee content creation and social media presence across platforms.
• The role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, audience engagement, social media growth and brand building.

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Twitter, Snapchat and other social platforms.
• Research trends and convert them to relevant content ideas.
• Create educational, entertaining and sales-driven content.
• Manage daily content posting and scheduling.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Organize and maintain content libraries and digital assets.
• Upload and properly archive content within company systems.
• Source and publish customer reviews and testimonials.
• Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to showcase products effectively.
• Track content performance and publish reports.
• Assist with influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns.
