Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and internet-savvy Content & Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team.

This is a hybrid role combining content writing, social media management, and digital marketing support. It is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience, who are eager to build hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, enjoys content writing, have basic digital marketing understanding and can create engaging content that drives visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:


Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content for blogs, articles, and the company website
  • Create and publish relevant content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok)
  • Adapt written content into social media formats (e.g., captions, threads, short-form posts)
  • Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media presence through consistent posting and engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Generate content ideas aligned with brand messaging and audience interests
  • Monitor and report basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in tone and brand messaging


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, and digital marketing (formal or informal) 
  • Hands-on experience managing a social media page (personal brand, business, or organization) 
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills 
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends 
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
