Job Title: CRM & Email Marketing Specialist


Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, execute targeted email marketing campaigns, and support our customer loyalty initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
  • A strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual aesthetics, and fashion industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management & Optimization:

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing the CRM platform for efficient customer segmentation and lead nurturing.
  • Ensure data accuracy, proper tagging, and segmentation for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows for customer engagement, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and reactivation emails.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and ensure seamless integration with email marketing and loyalty programs.

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure that emails align with content plans and generate maximum revenue.
  • Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers for high-performing email templates.
  • Set up A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Ensure email list hygiene and compliance with email marketing best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Loyalty & Retention Strategies:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of the CRM/Loyalty program to drive customer retention.
  • Track customer engagement and use insights to refine rewards, incentives, and retention strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to create email drip campaigns for loyalty members.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Analyze CRM and email marketing performance metrics (open rates, engagement, churn, CLV, etc.).
  • Generate reports with actionable insights to improve customer journeys.
  • Work closely with the sales team to track lead nurturing and conversion performance.

Collaboration & Training:

  • Support the sales, customer success, and marketing teams in using CRM and email marketing tools effectively.
  • Train internal teams on best practices for CRM, email marketing, and automation.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and retention strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with loyalty program platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email HTML/CSS for template customization (optional but beneficial).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data querying for CRM analytics.
  • Luxury mindset and an understanding of luxury visual aesthetics.
  • Fashion industry experience is a plus.
