Job Summary

  • The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times


Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong customer service orientation
