Macden Communications Limited is into the supply and distribution of beverages and is a major distributor for International Breweries PLC, Nigerian Breweris Limited and Guiness Nigerian Limited.


Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to solve issuesand questions about products
  • Maintain a positive tone ith the customers at all times
  • Establish new customer accounts and record accounts information like phone numbers, addresses
  • Listen to customers complaint and identify the cause of their problems
  • Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customers issues as quickly as possible
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.


Requirements

  • The company is looking for young and fresh graduates with working experience as a customer care representative of between 1 - 3 years.
  • Interested applicants should be resident within Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu, Berger. Denro, Ojota, Ketu and other surrounding environments.
