Job Position: Customer Relations Manager


Work Schedule: Full-Time (5 Days Onsite + Occasional Remote Saturdays)


About the Role

  • TLP Media is seeking a warm, intelligent, and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to serve as the first point of contact for clients.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of converting inquiries into paying customers, and maintain professionalism while enforcing company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication.
  • Ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience.
  • Enforce company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and provide regular feedback on customer trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience.


Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
  • Experience in media, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
