Job Description

• We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage customer enquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Follow up with customers and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Encourage customer retention and repeat engagement.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Good use of WhatsApp, social media, and digital communication tools.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Must reside in Lagos State.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
