SAGLEV is a company that has been established to distribute, assemble, and manufacture (SKD/CKD/CB) vehicles across emerging markets. Providing affordable financing options for electric vehicles to compete with low-cost second-hand vehicles in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Draft and respond to professional correspondence and reports.
  • Support client retention through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.


Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a corporate organization in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office packages.
  • Ability to manage and engage on social media pages is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
  • Must be well-groomed and presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must reside in Lagos.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Availability to resume immediately.
