  • Attending to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, prices, and company policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Assisting customers with product selection and usage guidance.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer requests.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Updating customer databases and preparing service reports when required.
