Job Summary

The Customer service Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role focuses on handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow-ups while maintaining a professional and courteous brand image.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
  • Handle order processing, confirmations, and customer follow-ups.
  • Address complaints and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Support customer retention through positive service experiences.


  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
