Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our tea
  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent communication, quick resolution of inquiries, and overall customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person.
  • Assist clients with print orders, including product selection, customization, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in our database.
  • Provide product knowledge and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of print materials.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and enhance customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in printing, retail, or creative services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
