Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and focused Customer Service Office with a proven experience in fashion and lifestyle industry to join our team(AllureBySBL) in Lagos. If you enjoy communicating clearly,solving problems, and making customers feel valued, we'd love to meet you.

Proximity to Lekki and ability to use social media tools is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be working for the brand “AllureBySBL”.


Requirement:

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any related field (e.g Business Administration, Msss Communication, Marketing or related field)
  • 2-3 years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry is a MUST.
  • Ability to operate and use social media tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization.
