Overview

  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our operations and maintain high service standards.
  • The ideal candidate will support customer interactions, manage inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining the company’s service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other approved channels
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, orders, and general company processes
  • Log, track, and escalate customer complaints or issues where necessary
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Support internal teams by relaying customer feedback and service-related concerns
  • Uphold company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative support role is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and within defined timelines
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets)
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
