Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
  • Address product or service complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings).


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service or call centre roles (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
