We seek to recruit a customer service staff to handle front desk duties and other assigned roles. Computer Literacy is a must.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests and enquires
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
File and update contact information of customers and all other documentation as they arise.
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and account openings
Develop and maintain a filing system
Must be able to use MS Word and Excel and be computer literate
Requirements:
Must be computer literate and be able to efficiently use MS Word and MS Excel.
Minimum academic qualification of an HND/B.Sc
Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
Excellent interpersonal and people skills
Must be courteous
Good in spoken English
