Job Summary

  • In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure every guest experience is smooth, personalized and memorable while providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls, emails, and social media chats
  • Log issues, escalate when needed, and follow up until closure
  • Help with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Collect guest feedback and monitor review platforms
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/booking system, prepare daily reports


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Conflict resolution skill
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Service mindset and neat appearance
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
