Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experience and build strong relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and feedback
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Friendly and courteous demeanor.
