Job Description

  1. As a Customer Service Representative, the candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and physically in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services.
  3. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree / HND.
  2. 1 - 3 years of work experiencein a customer service role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary

N60,000 Monthly.
