Responsibilities

Database Management:

• Maintain and update customer information in the company’s CRM or database system.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security at all times.
• Generate regular reports and analytics on customer demographics, preferences, and interactions.
• Identify data trends to support marketing, sales, and business development strategies.
• Implement data cleaning and backup procedures to ensure database reliability.

Customer Relations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate communication between customers and relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and develop strategies for customer loyalty and retention.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure a seamless client experience.

Marketing and Communication Support:

• Assist in developing and executing customer engagement campaigns.
• Maintain mailing lists and support email, SMS, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Track and report the effectiveness of customer outreach and feedback programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in database management, customer service, or CRM administration.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and data interpretation abilities.
