We are looking for an experienced developer (contract/freelance) – Contract 1 - 2 Months  to build a solution that integrates with suppliers’ websites and automatically adds their products into our inventory system. This could be delivered as a WordPress plugin, Shopify app, or Magento extension, depending on the most efficient approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plugin/add-on (WordPress, Shopify, or Magento) that can:
• Collect product data (title, description, images, price, stock levels, etc.) from suppliers’ websites.
• Standardize and validate the collected information.
• Sync and push items directly into our inventory database/system.
• Build an easy-to-use interface for managing supplier connections.
• Ensure secure and scalable integration that supports multiple suppliers.
• Provide documentation and handoff for maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience building WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, or Magento extensions.
• Strong background in PHP, JavaScript, or relevant frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs, web scraping, and/or product feed integrations.
• Experience working with inventory management systems or e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to deliver a functional MVP within agreed timelines.
