Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Ads Manager to handle and scale paid advertising campaigns for our fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Run Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok ad campaigns
• Optimize ads for sales and ROAS
• Manage targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation
• Work with creative team on ad content
• Track performance and report results
• Scale winning campaigns

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proven experience running successful e-commerce ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (TikTok ads is a plus)
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
• Experience in fashion or retail ads is an advantage.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (based on experience) + performance bonus
