Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through digital channels to generate leads, increase brand awareness, support sales growth, and improve customer engagement.
  • The role involves managing online campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and digital communication strategies to attract residential and business customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
  • Generate quality leads for the sales team through online marketing channels.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.
  • Create engaging marketing content such as flyers, videos, captions, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Run and monitor paid advertisements on social media and search engines.
  • Respond to online inquiries and direct potential customers to the sales team.
  • Support marketing activities for FTTH packages, promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities online.
  • Improve brand visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with the sales department to align marketing efforts with sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, campaign results, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Ensure all online communication reflects the company’s brand and professionalism.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management within the Telecom Industry is a must.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Good understanding of customer engagement and online sales strategies.

Work Conditions:

  • The employee may be required to work beyond regular office hours during campaigns or special projects.
  • The role may involve field coverage for events, promotions, and customer engagement activities when necessary.
