About Role

• Our client seeks to engage a Digital Marketing Executive with strong content creation acumen to manage the company's digital presence, drive property visibility, and generate qualified leads through targeted online campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content (video, graphics, copy) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Shoot and edit property tour videos, reels, and short-form content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe Rush
• Design marketing assets (flyers, brochures, social posts) using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager; report on CTR, CPL, and conversion metrics
• Manage and update the company website (WordPress) with new listings, landing pages, and SEO-optimized content
• Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO using tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
• Schedule and manage content calendars using Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite Planner
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms
• Capture and qualify leads generated from digital channels; log and track them in the CRM
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector
• Proven, hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and video editing software (CapCut/Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs) and WordPress content management
• Demonstrable content creation and copywriting ability, with an existing portfolio of work
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or equivalent) and CRM systems
• Must be resident in Abuja.

Salary

N170,000 - N200,000 per month.
