KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the company’s social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage online advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
• Develop ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Respond to online comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
• Work with the Sales and Operations teams on marketing activities.
• Prepare simple reports on digital marketing activities and results.
• Support other marketing activities as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the courier, logistics, transportation, or service industry is an added advantage.
