Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Digital Media & Content Officer to manage and grow our digital presence across our website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. The role focuses on publishing accurate, professional content, monitoring online mentions, and supporting the company’s visibility using AI-assisted content tools and structured communication processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and manage company website content
• Publish approved content on LinkedIn and YouTube
• Monitor online mentions and flag sensitive or inaccurate information
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and service providers
• Track basic engagement metrics and prepare simple reports
• Use AI tools for research, writing, and content development
• Identify new digital media and visibility opportunities 

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in digital media, content management, or communications
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proficiency with AI content tools
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools
• High attention to detail and ability to follow approval processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related fields
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
