Job Title: Digital Sales Associate

Location: Oniru, Lagos 

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite – Showroom)

Work Mode: Onsite

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to WhatsApp and Instagram messages promptly and professionally.
• Attend to walk-in customers and manage the physical showroom.
• Drive online sales through active social media engagement.
• Record daily sales and customer inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and close sales online and offline.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools.
• Good communication, persuasion, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, sales-driven, and digitally savvy.
