Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatch Rider role based in Lagos Island. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering cosmetic products to customers, retail outlets, and partners within assigned areas. Day-to-day tasks include planning delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, obtaining proof of delivery, and maintaining clear communication with the sales and customer service teams.

The rider will inspect and maintain the delivery motorcycle, follow all traffic and safety regulations, and keep basic records of deliveries, fuel usage, and any issues encountered on the road. The role also involves providing courteous, professional interaction with customers and representing Neutriherbs Cosmetics in a positive manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle riding license and proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of Agege and surrounding routes, with the ability to use maps or navigation tools.
• Ability to handle, load, and secure cosmetic products safely to prevent damage or loss.
• Good communication and basic record-keeping skills for documenting deliveries and reporting issues.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious, with a professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
• Physically fit and capable of riding for extended periods under varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Basic understanding of smartphone use for calls, messaging, and delivery instructions.
• Minimum NCE, ND or equivalent; previous experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce delivery is an advantage.
