Job Overview

  • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support daily online sales operations.
  • The role involves managing product listings, assisting with order processing, handling stock arrangement, and preparing customer orders for delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing orders from online shopping platforms.
  • Update and maintain product and sales records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Arrange and organize stock in the store.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing and packaging.
  • Follow instructions promptly and support daily e-commerce operations.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms.
  • Ability to handle stock arrangement and order packing.
  • Attentive to details with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond promptly.


Salary

N90,000 – N100,000 / month
