Job Description

• The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing all engineering activities and maintenance practices across the company's sites.
• The primary goal is to ensure maximum plant availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations:

• Implement and manage best-in-class preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and plant availability.
• Set and achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets, including power, steam, and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from feasibility to commissioning, including both "Brownfield" (existing) and "Greenfield" (new) sites.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the on-site engineering teams.

Leadership & Management:

• Develop and implement departmental goals and strategies.
• Lead and mentor a competent maintenance team.
• Ensure strict safety compliance across all sites.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to establish annual maintenance contracts, negotiate terms, and develop alternative or local vendors.
