We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Environmental Health Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Contract Type: Ad-hoc (6 months renewable, based on performance)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and performance-driven Environmental Supervisors to oversee the activities of Environmental Officers within an assigned Local Government Area (LGA) in Lagos.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising and monitoring team performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and maintaining operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Environmental Officers’ performance.
• Ensure officers meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct attendance checks and validate transport allowance payments.
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Provide feedback, mentoring, and training support to officers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Environmental Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years supervisory or sales / field experience.
• Must be EHCON licensed / registered or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret performance reports.
• Must reside in Lagos.

• Monthly Salary: N100,000 (performance-based).
