Description

  • A leading Tech Solutions firm is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand its client base.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, closing ERP software sales, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across various industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Actively sell ERP software and related technology solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and meetings to engage potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline using online and offline channels.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in ERP software sales or enterprise technology solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
