Job Title: Estate Surveyor and Valuer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you skilled in property valuation, estate agency, and facility management? We are seeking a qualified and proactive Estate Surveyor and Valuer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations for sale, rental, and investment.
• Manage client property portfolios, ensuring optimal value and compliance.
• Handle estate agency transactions—sales, lettings, and lease negotiations.
• Oversee facility and property management operations, including maintenance coordination.
• Support project management initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports, market appraisals, and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Membership or in-progress certification with NIESV is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management tools.

Salary

N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
