High functioning Executive Assistant needed for the managing Director of a Real Estate Company


Job Description Includes But Not Limited To:

  • Assist in managing the activities of a small team and keeping the team on track to achieve desired results 
  • Flesh out ideas and oversee projects the M.D works on
  • Liaise with investors and develop reporting relationships with them
  • Develop marketing campaigns and ensure the objective of such campaigns are fully met
  • Draft prefilled contracts and send these agreements for electronic signatures
  • Learn and do tasks required to keep a real estate business in a foreign country afloat
  • Invoicing and follow up with payment due dates via PayPal 
  • Creating a network and develop relationships with local real estate agents in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt
  • Reach out to and develop relationships with real estate marketing companies in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
  • Present formally to investors and explain the business and services of the organization 
  • Respond to client inquiries on social media platforms 
  • Develop, meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals alongside the M.D
  • Research properties that work best per investor needs and other research related tasks as needed 
  • Other Tasks and Responsibilities as needed by the CEO


Qualified Persons Must Be

  • A Self Starter and Should Work Well As A Remote Employee
  • Must be well experienced managing a real estate business or assisting the Managing Director of a real estate business. 3years minimum experience needed
  • Must be a Multi-Tasker.
  • Should be based in Lagos or Abuja. Preferably Lagos. This is a requirement as errands for the CEO will be required
  • Should have some experience working with High Networth Individuals
  • Must have an extremely reliable internet connection as virtual meetings will be required.
  • Should have reliable phone and laptop
