Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Summary

• Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a flair for project management and data-driven decision-making? We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• This is not your typical EA role, we’re seeking a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong project management expertise and Power BI proficiency to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CFO.
• Coordinate financial and cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Track, analyze, and present key metrics using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and business reports.
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate internal and external collaboration between the CFO’s office and key partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within telecoms or FMCG.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, track, and report progress effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI – must be able to build, analyze, and interpret dashboards independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
• Power Bi and Project Management (Required).
