Job Summary
- We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our new Business Hub, a state-of-the-art facility featuring a 25-room hotel, supermarket, pharmacy, meeting room, training center, high-end restaurant, pepper-soup cafe, and beauty bar.
- The successful candidate will oversee the entire operation, managing a team of department managers, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution, will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's strategic marketing initiatives.
- This role ensures brand consistency, drives market growth, oversees all marketing operations, and leads a high-performing team to deliver measurable results that support business our objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing with company vision.
- Team Management:
- Oversee and mentor the marketing team, including digital, content, communications, and product marketing.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for the marketing team.
- Foster a high-performing, innovative, and collaborative culture.
- Brand & Communications:
- Lead brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Oversee public relations, media planning, and corporate communications.
- Serve as a spokesperson and represent the company at key events and functions.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing:
- Direct the creation and execution of digital campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media initiatives.
- Supervise traditional marketing efforts including print, radio, TV, and out-of-home.
- Ensure strong integration across all marketing platforms.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation:
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and platforms for potential use.
- Guide new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Business Hub, including the hotel, supermarket, pharmacy, meeting room, training center, restaurant, pepper-soup cafe, and beauty bar
- Attract and retain clients, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the organization in a professional and excellent manner.
- Ensure the smooth running of the facility, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a team of department managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Drive business growth through innovative ideas, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
- Create and implement marketing plans to promote the Business Hub and its facilities, increasing brand awareness and driving occupancy rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, adjusting business strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth.
- Manage financial performance, ensuring the Business Hub meets its financial targets and maintaining a culture of cost control and efficiency
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong business acumen, with experience in sales, marketing, and revenue growth
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make informed decisions
