About the Opportunity

Get Skilled Get Hired, in collaboration with Rated Cranes & Scaffold, is seeking experienced, safety-conscious and competent equipment inspectors & operators to join our talent pool for opportunities across major industrial locations in Nigeria.

We are open to qualified operators with proven experience operating & inspecting Forklifts.

Successful candidates will be responsible for the safe, efficient and professional training & inspection of assigned lifting and material-handling equipment while strictly complying with applicable safety procedures, operating standards and site requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience operating the specific equipment applied for.
• Operate & inspect assigned equipment safely, professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to conveniently Conduct Professional training and inspection of Forklift
• Demonstrable practical experience in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, logistics or similar environment.
• Valid operator training/certification for the relevant equipment.
• Good understanding of equipment operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand equipment load/capacity information where applicable.
• Physically and mentally fit for industrial/site operations.
• Recognized Forklift Inspector Certification.
• Relevant HSE/Safety certification.
• Rigging, Banksman/Signaller or Lifting & Slinging training.
• Experience working on Oil & Gas, construction, manufacturing or major industrial sites.
• Experience with international or client-specific lifting standards.
• Previous experience working under permit-to-work systems.
• Valid driver's licence for Forklift Insector where applicable.
