Job Title: Facility Operations Consultant

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Consultant with a strong background in hospitality and property management.
  • This role goes beyond traditional facility oversight to include driving operational efficiency, enhancing guest experience, and improving the financial performance of properties.
  • The ideal candidate combines technical facility management expertise with business acumen, ensuring that out facilities are not only well maintained but also profitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and extend facility life.
  • Apply hospitality principles to facility operations, ensuring that the property environment enhances guest satisfaction and client retention.
  • Analyze operational costs and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses without compromising quality.
  • Implement energy efficiency, space utilization, and vendor management initiatives that improve margins.
  • Provide financial insights and facility performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting profitability drivers.
  • Support management in aligning facility operations with overall business objectives.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for long-term profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facility management within the hospitality, hotel, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
