JoeMiota Water Factory, a producer of high-quality sachet and bottled water in Benin City, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to oversee our production operations, drive efficiency, ensure consistent product quality, and lead our team to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Job Title: Factory Manager (Water Production)

Location: Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production processes for sachet and bottled water, from raw material intake to packaging and distribution.
• Manage maintenance of factory machinery, water treatment systems, and related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure full compliance with NAFDAC regulations, environmental safety standards, and other relevant industry guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and motivate factory staff; manage workforce scheduling, performance, and development.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, raw materials, and supplies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in any field (degrees in Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines are an advantage)
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven managerial experience in a similar role within the water, beverage, or food production industry.
