We are looking for an experienced and highly committed Farm Manager to oversee daily farm operations and ensure efficient crop production. This is a new but well-funded agricultural establishment with all necessary inputs, irrigation systems, and infrastructure already in place.

The ideal candidate must be practical, disciplined, and results-driven, with strong experience in managing large-scale crop farms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily farm operations across all crop sections 
• Supervise farm workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently 
• Implement planting schedules, irrigation plans, and crop care routines 
• Monitor crop health and coordinate spraying, fertilization, and pest control 
• Work closely with the agronomist to achieve high yields 
• Maintain accurate farm records and report progress regularly 
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and inputs 

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial farms (especially vegetables or pepper farming) 
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and crop management 
• Ability to manage and supervise labour effectively 
• High level of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
