Responsibilities

• Representatives respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing any questions or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Their responsibilities also extend to managing orders, returns, and exchanges while liaising with other departments to resolve any customer issues.

Job Location: Wuye, Abuja

Salary

N120,000 - N180,000 per month.
