Overview

• We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant preferably female, to support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks and errands.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and willing to support the team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support in the office.
• Helping organize and maintain cleanliness of the office common areas.
• Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is adequately stocked and organized.
• Run office and business-related errands when required
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Handle general office duties to support management and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of SSCE / OND or its equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office support or messenger role is an advantage.
• Honest, reliable, and physically fit for errands
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Must be based in or near Lagos Island (or willing to commute).
