Job Description

  • Are you highly organized, proactive, and ready to work closely with top-level management? We are looking for a smart, reliable, and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Coordinate activities and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times


Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role and must not be less than 21 years not more than 30 years
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google tools, scheduling apps)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Highly organized, neat, and professional in conduct
  • Must reside in Ojodu Berger or nearby areas
  • Available to resume immediately
  • Must be willing to commit for at least one year.


Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
