You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition for logistics services within your assigned area. This includes identifying potential clients, engaging them directly, closing deals, and coordinating with dispatch riders to ensure smooth delivery execution. The role is performance-driven and requires consistency, accountability, and strong communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients within your designated location
  • Work closely with assigned dispatch riders for order fulfillment
  • Submit daily activity reports via digital tools
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business
  • Meet daily/weekly targets to earn commissions

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND (any field)
  • 1–2 years experience in sales/marketing (preferred)
  • Must reside in Lagos
  • Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with basic apps
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills


Note: This is a performance-driven role. Daily activities and results are tracked to ensure productivity and growth


Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly

Commission: Performance-based
