We are looking for confident and driven Field Sales & Agent Recruitment Officers to help onboard real estate agents and landlords onto the WiseRent platform. This role involves field visits, relationship building, and explaining how WiseRent helps agents and landlords get more serious renters.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit real estate agents and landlords to introduce WiseRent
• Explain WiseRent features, benefits, and paid plans clearly
• Help agents sign up and complete registration
• Follow up with interested agents and landlords
• Meet weekly sign-up and performance targets
• Provide basic feedback from the field to the team
