Job Summary

  • We are a seeking high performing and disciplined Sales Representatives to drive Lafarge retail sales execution and expand market coverage within assigned territories.
  • This role is critical to delivering strong in market performance by ensuring product availability, converting competitive outlets, and maintaining excellent retail relationships.
  • Successful candidates will serve as brand ambassadors, executing sales strategies that strengthen Lafarge’s presence across key markets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Expansion:

  • Drive retail sales by generating and fulfilling orders across assigned territories.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail outlets to expand Lafarge’s market footprint.
  • Convert retailers from competing brands to increase market share.

Territory Coverage & Execution:

  • Ensure 100% coverage of all assigned retail outlets through consistent and structured route planning.
  • Follow up and close leads from field teams (TAEs), prioritizing proximity and conversion efficiency.

Market Execution Excellence:

  • Ensure continuous availability of Lafarge products across all retail outlets.
  • Execute best-in-class merchandising standards, ensuring optimal product visibility, display, and positioning.

Operational Effectiveness:

  • Support field operations and deliver on assigned tasks in line with business objectives and performance standards.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in any discipline (FMCG or building materials experience is an advantage).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail execution, or field operations.
  • Strong understanding of local market terrain within assigned locations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to  work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discipline, accountability, and professionalism.
