Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Branding & Advertising)

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart and energetic Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team.
• Your job is simple: bring in clients, close deals, and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools, SMEs, shops, and churches that need branded merchandise.
• Pitch and sell products such as exercise books, water bottles, shopping bags, and wrappers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships for repeat business.
• Submit daily/weekly activity and sales reports online (via WhatsApp/Google Sheets).

Requirements

• Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Field sales/marketing experience is an advantage.
• Must be proactive, result-driven, and ready to move around.
• Reside in Ikorodu or Lagos Mainland (familiarity with the area is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently without office supervision.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: N75,000 monthly.
• Commission: 10% per deal closed (uncapped).
• Opportunities for higher earnings and growth.
