Job Title: Field Sales Marketer

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos

Summary

• We’re looking for a proactive, target-driven Field Sales Marketer to spearhead on-the-ground sales and marketing initiatives.
• You will build direct customer relationships, support lead generation, and drive revenue by representing our brand in the field.
• This role blends strategic outreach with hands-on execution in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute localized field marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption.
• Promote products and services in targeted areas—markets, trade events, dealerships, and other high-traffic spots.
• Engage directly with customers, merchants, and partners to build rapport and drive conversions.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, merchandising items) and assist with product onboarding or demos.
• Gather and relay customer insights and field intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
• Track and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
• Support event planning, logistics, setup, and teardown.
• Collaborate internally to synchronize field efforts with digital and in-store marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 10 years work experience.

Salary

N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
